Saturday November 28, 2009  Thanksgiving meeting. YMCA Youth Room. 6:00pm for board, 7:00 for members. Alumni Relations, Fundraising, Internet, and History Committee Chairs will be elected. The Music Director, Choral Director, Technical Director, and Choreographers will also be voted upon. Friday August 14, 2009 Post-Production meeting. Executive Committee of the Board of Directors as well as the General Director shall be elected. YMCA board room, 6:00pm for board, 7pm for members. $5 in dues will be due this meeting. Thursday-Sunday, August 6th-8th at 7:30pm and August 9th at 3pm, 2009 Peter Quince Performing Company presents Thoroughly Modern Millie! Tickets on sale now through the Capitol Civic Center. $13 for adults, $10 for students Monday May 18th, 2009 Pre-Production meeting. Social Chair shall be elected. 5pm for board, 6pm for members. Read thru of show to follow, rehearsals begin May 19th. All events will take place in the Immanuel Lutheran Gym. Saturday and Sunday, May 16th and 17th, 2009 Auditions! 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. both days at Immanuel Lutheran Church in the Gym Please come if you are interested in being in the cast, crew or any backstage work at all. Those auditioning for the cast, please be prepared to dance, (no jeans, wear comfortable and appropriate shoes, bring tap shoes if you have them) sing and act. No Prepared Song is needed.
