Monday May 18th, 2009  Pre-Production meeting. Social Chair shall be elected. 5pm for board, 6pm for members. Read thru of show to follow, rehearsals begin May 19th. All events will take place in the Immanuel Lutheran Gym. Saturday and Sunday, May 16th and 17th, 2009 Auditions! 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. both days at Immanuel Lutheran Church in the Gym Please come if you are interested in being in the cast, crew or any backstage work at all. Those auditioning for the cast, please be prepared to dance, (no jeans, wear comfortable and appropriate shoes, bring tap shoes if you have them) sing and act. No Prepared Song is needed. Bring list of summer conflicts. COME TO HAVE FUN! Saturday April 11th, 2009 Easter meeting. Location TBD. 6:00pm for board, 7:00 for members. We will be discussing audition information and electing the new Bylaw and Education chairs. Saturday December 27th, 2008 Christmas meeting. YMCA Youth Room. 5:30pm for board, 7:00pm for members. The performance for the 2007 season will be selected. Saturday November 29, 2008 Thanksgiving meeting. YMCA Youth Room. 5:30pm for board, 7:00 for members. Alumni Relations, Fundraising, Internet, and History Committee Chairs will be elected. The Music Director, Choral Director, Technical Director, and Choreographers will also be voted upon. Friday August 15, 2008 Post-Production meeting. Executive Committee of the Board of Directors as well as the General Director shall be elected. YMCA board room, 6:30pm for board, 7pm for members. Sunday, August 17, 2008 Peter Quince Performing Company's 40th season alumni reunion Silver Creek Picnic Area in Manitowoc, WI 12:00pm - 6:00pm There will be food, beverage, and good times! Free. Donations will be accepted. Thursday-Sunday, August 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2008 at 7:30pm Peter Quince Performing Company presents FAME!
