Producer's Note from the program

Good evening and welcome to one, tiny piece of the world of theatre, a world of dreams, of illusion,... of magic. This is a world, however, that is far from simple "make-believe;" it is a world set apart by the spirit that is found here, a spirit whose qualities are many, but whose bounds are not exclusive.
This spirit can be found within the Company, not in the cliquish elitism, but in vitality and cooperation. Vitality is a fire sparked by involvement, a vibrancy not making theatre a mere diversion, a mere amusement. To be vital is to live something: not only to experience it, but to let it get down inside and become part of you. Where such vitality exists, theatre as a combination of personal ego trips dies. Such vitality and cooperation are here and can be sensed in the smile of a window-washer or a director moving sets.
Yet, to exist, the spirit must be present, not only in the Company, but in the performance as well, and the key to this is sharing. The play does not live separately; it cannot live without being shared; the actors share a part of themselves with people, and the people, by their responses, share their reactions with the actors. On and on this interaction builds to create a play.
I have been there, feeling the electric presence of the spirit of the theatre, and i invite you to share our world for a taste of the spirit. I am sure you will enjoy the experience.

Director's Note from the program

Whether you spend a summer working towards the goal of opening night or you spend an evening watching a production, it is inevitable that you will reaffirm a truth of life that I have come to believe wholly in.
It can be said in a few words, "you reap what you sow", or it can be an indescribable reaction, a personal, intimate feeling of accomplishment. Either way, my feeling of pride as I see dreams and aspirations of hundreds of people come to life in the medium of theatre can only be describes as fantastic.
It is impossible to spend a summer working with people, helping them create personal dreams and seeing their dreams come true and not fulfill a personal dream I have always had.
You see, I have come to love the people involved with this show; beautiful people who give of their talents, time and concern. I will never forget working with them.
